Home and School
The Maple Grove Home and School Association is a vibrant community of parents and staff dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for all students. Open to all parents and guardians, this active organization plays a crucial role in fostering a strong connection between home and school life.
Our committed members work tirelessly to organize a variety of engaging events and activities throughout the academic year. Highlights include Book Fairs, the Artisan Fair, Staff Appreciation Week and the festive June BBQ, which bring together families, staff, and students in celebration of our school community.
Fundraising is another key focus of our association. Through various initiatives such as Snack Sales, Pizza & Subway lunch days, Movie Night and Online Auctions, we raise funds to support enrichment programs, extracurricular activities, and educational resources that might otherwise be beyond the school’s budget.
As a member of the Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations (QFHSA), we benefit from provincial-level support and resources, further strengthening our ability to serve the Maple Grove community effectively.
We warmly welcome and encourage new volunteers to join our efforts. Your involvement, no matter how big or small, contributes to creating a richer, more supportive environment for our children’s education.

Purchase/Activity Information
All sales/donations are final. If you require assistance with a purchase, activity sign-up, or have any questions, please email Maple Grove Home & School.
Online sign-up/purchases are completed via the Zeffy platform which Home & School is testing in 2025. Purchases made through this platform will appear as “MG Home&School” on your statements. When signing up for an activity/fundraiser, you have the option to pay cash (see “Cash Payments” below). Zeffy is a free fundraising platform which relies on donations to cover payment processing fees.
Cash Payments are accepted in the red Home & School mailbox in the school lobby. Money must be in a sealed envelope/bag containing the following information:
- Your child’s full name
- Your child’s homeroom
- Reason for the payment (ex: pizza lunch for February)
